2.1 Agreement
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2.2 Pricing
• Prices are subject to market fluctuations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All pricing will be indicated on official quotations and invoices and may include VAT.

2.3 Payment Terms
• Payment terms (e.g. COC, 7 days, 30 days) are agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.
2.4 Legal Compliance
Customers must comply with all relevant legislation governing petroleum storage and usage in South Africa.

2.5 Limitation of Liability
• SUT Fuels CC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.

2.6 Product Quality
• All products meet industry standards at the point of delivery.
• Responsibility for product condition transfers to the customer after delivery.

2.7 Right to Refuse Service
SUT Fuels CC reserves the right to refuse or suspend service if:
• Delivery conditions are unsafe
• Legal compliance is not met
• Payment obligations are outstanding
