Petroleum Products

1.1 Scope of Delivery
SUT Fuels CC supplies and delivers petroleum products in bulk to approved customer sites within designated service areas.

1.2 Delivery Scheduling
• Orders must be placed and confirmed in advance.
• Standard delivery lead times are 24–72 hours, subject to product availability and logistics.
• Urgent deliveries may be arranged at an additional cost.

1.3 Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring:
• Safe and unobstructed access for delivery vehicles
• Storage tanks comply with all applicable safety and legal standards
• Adequate tank capacity is available for the delivery
• A responsible representative is present to receive and sign for the delivery

1.4 Delivery Verification
• Quantities are measured using calibrated equipment.
• A signed delivery note/invoice constitutes confirmation of receipt, quantity, and condition.

1.5 Transfer of Risk
Risk and ownership of the product transfer to the customer upon successful offloading into the designated storage facility.

1.6 Delays and Interruptions
SUT Fuels CC will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
• Adverse weather
• Traffic or road conditions
• Regulatory inspections
• Mechanical failures
• Force majeure events
